Thank you for choosing Outer Rim Props. We’re committed to getting your gear to you in great shape. This policy covers how we process, ship, and handle returns.
Order Processing & Lead Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within about a week. During busy periods, please allow up to 3 weeks—though orders nearly always ship sooner. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your gear leaves the Outer Rim.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
- Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays.
Where We Ship From
All orders ship from our workshop in Oregon via USPS and FedEx.
U.S. Shipping (Domestic)
We keep it simple with flat-rate shipping in the United States:

$11.99 – orders from $50 to $174.99

FREE – orders $175+
No surprise numbers at checkout—what you see is what you pay.
International Shipping
We ship to many countries outside the U.S. International rates are calculated at checkout based on your country and the size and weight of your order. To get the best value, we recommend combining items into a single larger order. For any questions about shipping to your sector, reach out and we’ll be happy to help.
Tracking & Order Status

Shipping Delays
We work hard to ship promptly, but delays can occasionally happen due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control. We’ll do our best to keep you informed of any significant delay.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the rare event your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll work to resolve it promptly.
Address Changes
Need to update your shipping address after ordering? Contact us right away. Address changes may affect shipping cost and delivery time.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us at outerrimpropsllc@gmail.com and we’ll guide you through the process. Return shipping costs for eligible returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
