Refun / Return  Policy for Outer Rim Props

At Outer Rim Props, your satisfaction is our top priority. Please carefully review our return policy below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process should you need to return an item.

Return Eligibility:

  • You may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your product.

  • Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Please provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.

Return Shipping:

  • Outer Rim Props covers return shipping costs.

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

Restocking Fee:

  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately.

  • Damaged items may be returned for a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.

  • Outer Rim Props ships all products insured through USPS, and we will handle all insurance claims directly.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

  • Refund processing occurs within 3 business days after we receive your returned item. Please note that bank processing times may vary, and it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges:

  • At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order.
