DL-44 Han Solo Blaster Replica – Outer Rim Props

Hokey religions and ancient weapons are no match for a good blaster at your side. The Han Solo DL-44 Heavy Blaster Pistol replica is the single most iconic blaster in the galaxy — period. From shooting first in the Mos Eisley Cantina to the carbon freezing chamber on Bespin to the shield generator on Endor, the DL-44 has been in Han Solo's hand for every fast talk, close call, and legendary moment across the original trilogy. If there's one blaster every collector needs on their wall, you're looking at it.

This replica is cast in high-quality solid resin and available in three variants — whether you want it display-ready, budget-friendly, or built from scratch with your own two hands.

Choose Your Variant

• Weathered — Fully assembled, painted, and hand-finished with the worn smuggler's patina the DL-44 is known for. Carbon scoring, holster wear, and metallic dry brushing give this blaster the look of a sidearm that's jumped to hyperspace more times than its owner can count. Ready to display out of the box.
• Blemished — Same solid DL-44 build with minor cosmetic casting marks or finish irregularities at a reduced price. A perfect entry point for custom painters who want to put their own spin on the most famous blaster in the galaxy, or collectors who don't mind a few extra Kessel Run miles on the finish.
• DIY Kit — Raw cast resin, unassembled, and ready for the builder who wants to own every step of the process. Includes pre-finished muzzle, grips, and gold scope rings — the signature details that make the DL-44 instantly recognizable are done for you. All that's left is the body work. Go for Han's clean A New Hope look, the battle-scarred Empire Strikes Back finish, or anything in between.
